How the shipping process works?
Most orders will be processed and shipped in 1-7 business days. We try to fill all orders on a first-in, first-out basis. Our goal is to get your merchandise on it's way to you as soon as possible.
There are situations beyond our control that may delay delivery to you; item out of stock, order entry problem, invalid payment method, billing address and shipping address are not match. In these instances, we will use the information you provided during checkout to contact you by email or phone. If you are unavailable, we will hold your order until receive instruction from you.
Please be aware, we still need 1-7 business days to process your order even if you ordered shipping overnight.
What is your return policy?
If the item is defect: We'll get your a replacement without additional charge. But if it's tested as no defect, we'll ship the same item back to you.
If the return is due to our error:
We will provide the return shipping label to you to cover the cost of returning the product, and get you fully refunded.
If the return is due to circumstances not related to us: We will process the return and the conditions stated below:
- The product remains in a saleable condition and is unopened.
- Your understand that a restocking fee of 15% will apply. If more than 30 days have elapsed since the product was shipped to you it cannot be returned.
- Your arrange for and pay return shipping costs. We are unable to credit you for return items that we did not receive.
